Plum-Pepper Grill Salmon
6 Salmon fillets(1/2lb. ea.) 1/2 cup chinese plum sauce 1 tBSP. Rice wine vinegar
2tsp. chinese five spice 2 Tbsp. pickapepper sauce
Combine spice with oil and marinate salmon for half an hour. Grill salmon
for 2-3 minutes on each side. Serve with warm sauce. To make sauce
in a small saucepan over low heat, combine plum sauce, pickapepper sauce
and rice wine vinegar, serve-6
