Community Impact
The overwhelming attraction to A.E.G.South by agents and visitors is the combination of God’s Word going forth through the powerful anointing of Anita Evans-Lomas and the vision of economic empowerment for family units within God’s Kingdom. Anita Evans-Lomas vision is helping several noteworthy ministries and community service projects, with phenomenal impacts on south metropolitan Atlanta.
These projects include:
 Economic Empowerment Seminars – A.E.G.South Metropolitan Real Estate Firm, is partnering with Several sponsored annual financial empowerment seminars for the sole purpose of building wealth and financial freedom within the community. These seminars provide consumer information on money smart decision-making techniques impacting families. The seminars include guest speakers and information regarding home ownership, investment strategies, family budgeting and financial credit worthiness.
Kingdom Resource Connections – In year 2005, A.E.G South introduced an empowerment program entitled Kingdom Resource Connections. The purpose of the program is to identify professional resources within the body of Christ, to foster a relationship with various businesses and employment agencies and to promote God’s stewardship. The A.E.G. South is designed to provide a resource center for employment seekers, entrepreneurs and career professionals. Through Kingdom Resource Connections, several people have gained employment opportunities and found service providers to meet various needs.
Annual Angel Tree Christmas – A.E.G.South agents combined efforts to provide food items, clothing and toys for families in need during the holiday season. The A.E.G. South has aided over 650 to tv and local ministries to help the needy families during the Christmas season.
Annual Back to School Rally – The Education Council of A.E.G.South sponsors an annual Back To School Prayer Rally each year for the community. Through workshops, seminars and panel discussions, the rally is designed to equip parents and students with the tools needed to prepare for school and work in harmony with teachers. Free book bags and school supplies are provided to community children of all ages, during the annual rally event.
Support for Education – In support of providing a positive and safe learning environment for the children of Henry, Clayton Fulton, Spaulding, Dekalb and Cobb counties, Anita Evans-Lomas serves as a member at New Birth South also provides mentoring and support roles and other local academic institutions. The women of the church volunteer their time each year to help a nearby high school keep order on the last day of school. Women Ministry is often invited into the local schools to provide support and motivation for its students and teachers. NBSMC has sponsored several teacher appreciation luncheons in the Clayton County schools.
Support for Community Development – In support of Henry, Clayton, Fulton,Spaulding, Dekalb,Cobb and Fayette counties community advancement, Anita Evans-Lomas is dedicate to donate to Hosea Feed the Hungry.Children Education at Krogers
Higher living for God’s people is the mandate that God has put upon Anita Evans-Lomas. The A.E.G will equip men and women to be viable members of the community, experience financial freedom through knowledge and education and become GOD sustained ministries that will perpetuate the Gospel of the Kingdom from generation to generation.

Three Steps to Determine My Faith Commitment:

Step 1: Pray
This is the most important step in developing a willing heart. Ask God what He
will have you to do to help others find the peace and the promises you have in
Christ. Be obedient to what God tells you to do.

Step 2: Prepare to Sacrifice
Understand that God does not expect equal giving, but He does expect equal
sacrifice. Remember these are gifts above and beyond your regular tithes and
offerings. Think in terms of what you can sacrifice up in order to leave a legacy
for generations to come.

Step 3: Expect God to Move
We serve an awesome God, who will do exceedingly above all we could ever ask
or think. Approach this journey of faith giving praises to God for His provision in
building Him a house.

Give a Cash Gift
. Ask God for creative ways to increase your giving
potential. You might consider cash from savings, tax refunds or family
fundraisers. Also, consider reducing your expenses or deferring a major
purchase as a sacrifice to God. Involve your whole family in giving a specific
amount.

Make a 36-Month Giving Pledge.
The bible teaches us that spiritual
maturity includes developing the habit of regular giving. Giving the first portion
of our income shows that God has first place in our lives. Also, you can give far
more than you thought possible when you spread your giving over a period of
